1. Personal power is growing in a sense of identity and in autonomy. Nurturing power is power used to foster another person's well-being. Shared power is when our personal power is used to completeness or increase other people's powers.
2. a. I use my power to nurture others when I help them with their problems. I use my powers to nurture others when I score a goal and make them happy. I use my power to nurture others when I cook for them. I use my power to nurture others when I listen to what they have to say. I use my power to nurture others when I put them before me.
b. I shared my powers with others when I say prayer. I shared my powers with others when I cheer on my team. I shared powers with others when I taught something to someone. I shared my powers with others when I give people advice. I shared my powers with others when I help them on their homework.
